At ION, we believe in a personalized approach to aesthetic medicine. Our philosophy is centered around enhancing your natural beauty through bespoke treatment plans, state-of-the-art technology, and a team of highly qualified and experienced medical professionals. We pride ourselves on creating a luxurious and welcoming environment where you can feel confident and cared for. What makes us truly unique is our dedication to making aesthetic treatments accessible to anyone and everyone.
All treatments are performed by our team of certified and licensed medical professionals, including aesthetic nurse practitioners, all under the supervision of our medical director. Each member of our team has extensive training and experience in their respective fields.
Your first visit will begin with a comprehensive consultation. We’ll discuss your aesthetic goals, medical history, and any concerns you may have. This allows us to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. We’ll also take the time to answer all your questions and ensure you feel fully informed and comfortable before proceeding with any treatment.
Yes, we offer complimentary consultations to all new clients. This is an opportunity to meet with one of our board-certified providers, discuss your goals, and learn about the treatments that would be most beneficial to you. Your provider will make sure you receive all the information you need to have a comfortable start to your self-care journey.
Preparation varies depending on the treatment. If you plan to treat the same day as the consultation, we recommend avoiding alcohol and certain medications or supplements that can increase bruising for a few days before your appointment. Specific pre-treatment instructions will be provided to you when you book your appointment.
Yes! Our philosophy is deeply rooted in providing results that enhance your natural features. We are experts in the art of subtle transformation. We use strictly evidence-based treatments that have a proven track record. Your skin is in great hands!
Our experienced providers will guide you. During your initial consultation, we will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend the most suitable treatments to achieve your desired results. We believe in educating our clients to help them make informed decisions about their care.
Our consultations are free! We understand that creating an effective treatment plan requires a discussion and assessment. That is why we offer a full face and body assessment for every first-time (and returning) patient before deciding on a treatment plan. Treatment can be performed the same day for most consults. If the schedule does not allow enough time, we can schedule a future appointment for treatment.
Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy! You can use the booking platform on our website to select an appointment time. You can also use the following contact methods to request an appointment if you are unsure what to book: submit a contact form on our website, text us at (347) 464-8688 , or email us at info@ionaesthetic.com. Please include your desired appointment date and time, along with any details about your interests or goals for the appointment.
Downtime varies depending on the treatment. Many of our procedures, like Botox and fillers, have little to no downtime, allowing you to return to your daily activities immediately. For more intensive treatments, like microneedling and peels, you might expect a couple of days of social downtime. We will provide you with detailed post-care instructions and what to expect.
We carry most major cosmetic brands, from Juvederm and Botox to Dysport and Sculptra. Your provider will recommend the best product for your treatment after conducting a thorough assessment.
The onset of results differs by treatment. Some treatments, like hyaluronic acid fillers, offer immediate results, while others, like those that stimulate collagen production, will show gradual improvement over several weeks to months. Your provider will give you a clear timeline of what to expect.
Your safety is our top priority. All our treatments are FDA-approved or cleared and performed by highly trained, board-certified medical professionals. We adhere to the strictest safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and effective experience.
Depending on your treatment, you may receive a set of pre-treatment instructions before your appointment. Most treatments do not require much preparation; however, there may be restrictions for some treatments, so be sure to read the pre-treatment instructions thoroughly!
