PDRN skin booster
what is PDRN?PDRN mesotherapy is a cutting-edge skin rejuvenation treatment designed to repair and restore skin at a cellular level. Known globally for its regenerative properties. Rejuran® PDRN Skin Booster is a treatment formulated with polynucleotides (PN)—biocompatible DNA fragments derived from salmon DNA that closely resemble human DNA. These polynucleotides stimulate skin repair, enhance cellular regeneration, and support collagen production.
Rather than adding volume, Rejuran® focuses on skin healing and quality improvement, making it ideal for patients seeking refinement rather than augmentation.
-
Rejuran® treatments are commonly used to improve:
Face (post microneedling or mesotherapy injections for overall skin quality and texture)
Under-eye area
Neck and décolletage
Hands
Acne scars
Fine lines and crepey skin
Rejuran® is particularly well-suited for delicate areas where subtle, regenerative improvement is desired.
-
Rejuran® skin booster works by:
Activating fibroblasts to stimulate collagen and elastin production
Improving skin barrier function
Enhancing hydration and elasticity
Supporting long-term skin regeneration
Results develop gradually as the skin repairs itself from within.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Rejuran® is a regenerative injectable or topical treatment made from polynucleotides (PN/PDRN) derived from salmon DNA. It is designed to repair damaged skin, improve elasticity, enhance hydration, and restore overall skin health. Rejuran® is often referred to as a “skin healer” rather than a traditional filler.
-
Rejuran® works at a cellular level by stimulating skin regeneration and repair. The polynucleotides help improve fibroblast activity, promote collagen production, enhance skin barrier function, and reduce inflammation. This results in healthier, stronger, and more resilient skin over time.
-
Good candidates are adults looking to improve skin texture, fine lines, elasticity, acne scarring, enlarged pores, or overall skin quality. Rejuran® is ideal for patients who want natural-looking skin rejuvenation without adding volume. Schedule a consultation to determine if Rejuran® is appropriate for you.

Yes, Rejuran® is considered safe when administered by a trained medical professional. Rejuran® is FDA-approved to be applied topically. Polynucleotides have been widely used in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. As with any injectable treatment, potential risks and side effects will be discussed during your consultation.

Your treatment begins with a consultation to assess your skin and goals. After cleansing and numbing the area, Rejuran® is either injected using a microinjection technique or microneedled into targeted areas of the skin. The procedure typically takes 30–45 minutes, with gradual improvements seen over the following weeks as skin regeneration occurs.
