Our consultations are free! We understand that creating an effective treatment plan requires a discussion and assessment. That is why we offer a full face and body assessment with every first time (and returning) patient before deciding on a treatment plan. Treatment can be performed the same-day for most consults, however if the schedule does not allow for enough time, we can schedule a future appointment for treatment.

Downtime varies depending on the treatment. Many of our procedures, like Botox and fillers, have little to no downtime, allowing you to return to your daily activities immediately. For more intensive treatments, like microneedling and peels, you might expect a couple days of social downtime. We will provide you with detailed post-care instructions and what to expect.

We carry most major brands of cosmetic products from Juvederm and Botox to Dysport and Sculptra. Your provider will recommend the best product for your treatment after conducting a thorough assessment.

The onset of results differs by treatment. Some treatments, like hyaluronic acid fillers, offer immediate results, while others, like those that stimulate collagen production, will show gradual improvement over several weeks to months. Your provider will give you a clear timeline of what to expect.

Your safety is our top priority. All our treatments are FDA-approved or cleared and are performed by highly trained and board-certified medical professionals. We adhere to the strictest safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and effective experience.

Depending on your treatment, there may be a set of pre-treatment instructions that you will receive prior to your appointment. Most treatments do not require much preparation, however there may be restrictions for some treatments, so be sure to read the pre-treatment instructions throroughly!

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes. To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee if you provide at least 24 hours of notice before your scheduled time.

• Late cancellation: Same day cancellations or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100.

• No-show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a $100 fee.
