Yes, we offer complimentary consultations to all new clients. This is an opportunity for you to meet with one of our board-certified providers, discuss your goals, and learn about the treatments that would be most beneficial for you. Your provider will make sure you receive all the information you need to make a comfortable start in your selfcare journey.

Preparation varies depending on the treatment. If you plan to treat the same day as the consultation, we recommend avoiding alcohol, and certain medications or supplements that can increase bruising for a few days prior to your appointment. Specific pre-treatment instructions will be provided to you when you book your appointment.

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes. To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:
Free cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee if you provide at least 24 hours of notice before your scheduled time.
Late cancellation: Same day cancellations or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100.
No-show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a $100 fee.

Late Arrival Policy
We value your time and strive to provide punctual service to all our clients. We have a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this grace period, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment as scheduled.
If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee that your full treatment can be completed as originally planned. This may results in a shortened session or the need to reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled after the grace period, it will result in a $100 fee.
